PAMM Trading Participant Description
A Trading Participant is any individual or entity who links their independently held trading account at an external broker — such as Vantage Markets — to a PAMM allocation mechanism for the purpose of mirroring the Company’s trading activity.

The Trading Participant retains:
​
– full ownership of their account,
– full control over deposits and withdrawals,
– full responsibility for risk management,
– full contractual relationship exclusively with the external broker.
The Company does not manage client accounts and does not receive discretionary authority.
The broker’s PAMM system allocates and mirrors trades automatically based on the Trading Participant’s own settings.

TH Ventures Ltd. trades its own capital within the same PAMM structure.
Trading Participants engage in Co-Participation, mirroring the Company’s proprietary trading without entering into any investment relationship.

Co-Participation and Self-Acknowledgment
By linking their trading account to a PAMM structure associated with the Company’s trading activity, the Trading Participant self-certifies that they:
​
– act as a professional or semi-professional market participant,
– have sufficient knowledge and experience to understand leveraged trading and allocation mechanisms,
– possess the financial capacity and risk tolerance to participate,
– understand and accept the possibility of full capital loss,
– independently configure all allocation and withdrawal settings with their external broker.

Clarification Regarding Initial Allocation Amounts
The Company understands that Trading Participants may begin with smaller allocation amounts than those typically associated with professional or semi-professional participants.

Such smaller amounts are commonly used as test allocations, designed to:
​
– evaluate the broker’s platform,
– understand PAMM mechanics,
– assess execution behavior,
– observe the Company’s trading approach.
​
Therefore, the Company does not interpret smaller initial allocations as an indication that the Trading Participant lacks sophistication, financial capacity, or professional understanding.

The Trading Participant self-certifies that they have the financial capacity generally associated with professional or semi-professional participants — typically around 100,000 Euro or equivalent in other currencies — regardless of their initial test allocation.

External Broker and Account Opening Notice
Any link on this website that directs to an external broker (e.g., Vantage Markets) is provided solely for user convenience.

Opening an account, completing verification processes, and choosing to participate in a PAMM structure are:
​
– entirely voluntary,
– executed exclusively between the Trading Participant and the external broker,
– outside the influence or responsibility of the Company,
– subject to the broker’s own legal, compliance, and risk frameworks.
The Company never receives access to or control over any Trading Participant’s account.
